Hey, I'm Gina. Coaches hire me to be their "fake client". I fill out the inquiry form, sign the contract, pay the invoice, go through onboarding and then tell them exactly what's working and what needs fixing.

Think of me as a mystery shopper for your client experience, except instead of checking if the fries are hot, I'm checking if your onboarding makes people want to ghost you.

How does it work?

We have a quick intro call

You fill out a simple questionnaire telling me all about your business, your clients, and what you're most worried about and then we hop on a quick call to talk about it a little more.

Test version is set up

After I've learned enough to move through your journey the way a real prospect would, you duplicate your offer at a $1 test price with a simple "for audit purposes" note on the contract. You give me your starting point, usually your inquiry form or contact page, and step back.

I go through everything as a real client

Inquiry. Communication. Proposal. Contract. Payment. Onboarding, checking both if it flows seamlessly and how I feel at every single step.

You get an honest, detailed report

Either a written, or video walkthrough breaking down every touchpoint. What felt great, where I hesitated, what created confusion.

You’ll uncover:

Founding client rate. This offer will increase in price.

All audits are conducted with a test version of your offer. No real contracts are executed and no actual client relationship is created.

Did I miss something?

Will you actually pay?

Yep. The $1 goes through your real payment processor so we're testing the full experience including checkout, confirmation emails, and anything that triggers after payment.

Do you sign a real contract?

The contract is real in the sense that you'll see it signed in your system, but it includes a disclaimer that it's for audit purposes only and doesn't create an actual client relationship.

How long does it take?

It all depends on how in depth your workflow is since I move through your journey at the pace a real client would. This includes any delays built into your automations. Full delivery could take between 7–14 business days. That's what makes the audit real.

What if I don't use HoneyBook or Dubsado?

At this time, my focus is on those who use HoneyBook or Dubsado. Please stay tuned as I will be expanding this in the future.

Do you offer refunds?

Because this is a done-for-you service that requires my time and findings, all sales are final once the project has started. If you want to cancel beforehand, a 25% administration fee is nonrefundable. That said, if you have concerns about the deliverable I'm always open to a conversation.

How is communication handled?

Discovery calls are booked through my scheduling link. From there, all project communication happens via email so everything stays organized and documented in one place.

How does payment work?

I take 100% upfront and payments are processed securely through Honeybook.
